Room To Read
Room to read is a charity that aims to reduce poverty by supporting the education of children in poor communities. I believe this is one of the most effective ways help people to get themselves out of poverty. Room to read have a four star rating (the highest they give) on charity navigator an independant organisation which reviews how charities are spending peoples donations.
We are raising funds for a “Room to Grow Girl’s Scholarship”. This scholarship will provide 10 years of education for a girl in a developing country. The cost is $US 2500, I encourage you to help out with this project by giving a donation to room to read through this link, if you use that link the money will go towards the Our Development appeal.
